"I'm thank you for Tina getting me set up with my policy when I move back home but over the months or today I found out that she is no longer with State farm but Nick up on hoosick Street in Troy, New York. I called today because I had a concern in my policy. I was told today I had accidents and violations on my records. Then I was told to go to DMV because it was DMV. That was important. Come to find out when I got my abstract today it was no such thing. All my violations was old from like 15-20 years ago. The fact that I'm being held over my head for old violations is crazy that my policy went up and I wanted to know why. So when I got my abstract eye I came to the office to show it to them. When I got there I wasn't told I'll be with you in a minute. The little girl sat on the phone and was just talking. I guess to another customer. I'm not sure she call her father. Her father came in well right past me. I said hello. He didn't say hello back. He's still there for a minute and say can I help you? I said yes I was here because I wanted you to see if you can go over my policy with me. He told me that no he was not going to go to my policy with me. He told me his daughter went over with me he said I called several times which I only called a few times. He told me nothing was going to change about my policy going up that he looked at me and say don't. I got a DWI on my record which that's been over almost 20 years so I'm very disappointed and feel disrespected especially when told me he think I should find a new agent office. And this is the first time me meeting him......and I all I'm going to say may God bless his soul."
